Welcome to Nestopar Connect! By accessing and using Nestopar Connect, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to your participation in watching long-form videos and earning rewards as Connect Info-Cash through the viewing of ads.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in earning rewards on Nestopar Connect.
  • Connect Infocash rewards are available only for users based in India and only on the Nestopar app (not on the website).
  • Users must have a verified Nestopar account to earn rewards.

2. Rewards System

  • Nestopar Connect offers users the opportunity to earn rewards while watching long-form videos.
  • In-between these videos, you will encounter ads, which may be either skippable or unskippable.
  • You have the option to watch skippable ads to completion to earn a reward. If you choose to watch the full ad, you may receive a reward.
  • The rewards offered for watching ads will vary between INR 0.30 to INR 100 depending on the ad, duration, and specific video content.
  • Once a reward is earned, it will be credited to your Nestopar wallet.
  • You can withdraw your reward once your balance reaches INR 50 or more.
  • If no reward is available at the end of an ad, it means the ad does not include a reward option.

3. Data Sharing

  • If you accept a reward, your personal information (name, phone, email) will be shared with the advertiser only for communication and reward purposes.
  • If you do not wish to share your data, you may skip the reward option.
  • Your data will not be shared beyond what is required for reward fulfillment.

4. Ads and Targeting

  • Ads are personalized based on your interests and viewing behavior.
  • Our AI system determines ad recommendations using user behavior, permissions, and interactions.
  • You are not guaranteed to see specific ads; ads are determined by algorithms.
  • You always have the choice to skip ads or refuse rewards.

5. Responsibility

  • Nestopar is not responsible for the absence of rewards on certain ads.
  • If there is an issue with reward credit or ad content, contact Nestopar support.

6. Prohibited Behavior

  • Users may not use bots, third-party software, or artificial methods to generate activity.
  • Fraudulent accounts will be deactivated, and rewards forfeited.

7. User Conduct

  • Users must follow community guidelines and act respectfully.
  • Nestopar may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Nestopar Minix User/Viewer Info-Cash Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using Minix on Nestopar, users agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
  • These terms apply to all users in India who participate in the Minix rewards program Info-Cash.

2. Eligibility

  • The Minix Info-Cash program is available to all users in India only on the Nestopar app (not the website).
  • No subscription is required; the program is free.
  • Users earn rewards solely by engaging with Minix videos.

3. Minix Video Content

  • Minix videos range from 10 to 75 seconds.
  • Users must watch the full video to earn rewards.
  • Replays after completion do not generate additional rewards.
  • Skipped videos earn no rewards.

4. Earning Mechanism

  • Users earn INR 0.05 for each full Minix video watched.
  • Rewards are credited to the user’s wallet.
  • Earnings can be tracked in the wallet section of the app.

5. Info-Cash Reward Withdrawal

  • Withdrawals available once INR 50 is accumulated.
  • Funds transferred to bank/UPI after withdrawal request.
  • Users must provide personal info (name, age, gender, location) to personalize content.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Bots, automation tools, or fraudulent methods are prohibited.
  • Fraud results in account suspension and ban.

7. Data Privacy and Security

  • Banking and financial info is never shared beyond transaction processing.
  • Personal data is used only for personalization and not shared with third parties.
  • Nestopar complies with data protection laws.

8. Content Ownership and Use

  • Minix content is provided by Nestopar and third-party creators.

9. Minix Content and Monetization Terms

  • Users are rewarded for fully watching videos (not ad-based).
  • Unlimited videos can be watched, but rewards only apply for full views.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Nestopar is not responsible for technical/device/connectivity issues.
  • Rewards are subject to availability and may not always be earned.

11. Modifications to the Terms

  • Nestopar may modify/update terms anytime.
  • Users notified via app or email.
  • Continued use = acceptance of changes.

12. Termination of Account

  • Nestopar may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or fraud.
  • Users can deactivate accounts anytime in settings.

13. Governing Law
